Refund policy

Arrived damaged or faulty? Please email us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, and we will send you a replacement or refund you in full, including shipping.

Changed your mind? You can return a game within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund of the price of the game, as long as it comes back in perfect, sellable condition with the plastic wrap still on. Email us first and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund you once the game reaches us.

Late delivery: if your order has not been delivered within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you, or within 30 days of ordering if no date was given, you can cancel it at any time before it arrives, for a full refund.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 15 days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
